My package of labels arrived today and it had been ripped opened and re-taped and left in the rain so half of my labels are soaking wet. I have photos and video to show details. I know technically this is not your fault but something needs to be done.

Site was down for unknown reason mentioned by Avery agent. Wasted cards due to having to improvise for not having access to Avery templates. Customer service gave excuses and told me to check my cookies as to why the site wasnt working. and thats it!! The guy was no help whats so ever and doesnt understand how to serve a customer.

Never received my order from Oct 2020

I placed my order number: 179720**** October 9, 2020 Transaction number 209078**** . I had a estimated delivery of October 20th never received and the item is STILL out for delivery. I contacted the seller and she replied that they were moving and that my order will be filled yet not taking new orders????? WHY would the seller let people know if this issue instead of making me wonder and worry about my order that was actually a Christmas gift! Totally unacceptable Help mr with this at your earliest convince or I will have to complain higher up. Kathryn Stevenson

The tickets are not all the same size, not printed for the cut format.

The cut lines are not synced with the templates. When you print them out they are not all the same size and you have to hand trim them, some more than others. It came out 100% better, when I just used regular cardstock and played around with the placement of the text, using plain paper and then printed them on plain cardstock. It was a nice idea, but they have to clean it up, before it will work well.

AVERY LABELS: TERRIBLE SUPPORT AND TERRIBLE WEBSITE

For a company the size of Avery, they have terrible coordination between what product packages say and what they actually deliver, a terribly unhelpful website (cannot locate design programs that are promised on product packages) and terrible customer support (when you click on live chat during business hours, you get a popup that essentially says "we are business now, come back later" and does not even give the customer the courtesy of saying "we are busy with other customers, but type in your question and we will give you an email response shortly". One of the most unprofessional customer setups I have seen in this digital world!

Avery.com is cheating

I have been using Avery products website for many years but won't use it any more. They changed website format. It is harder to navigate, the pages look very busy. I spent 30 min trying to find how to open my saved projects and when I finally did they will not print. The screen kept freezing. I called technical support. They did not help at all. They suggested that I should load another browser. I have been using Internet Explorer for various applications and never had a problem. So why should I use another browser. I'd rather start buying another product. There are many other choices. What I looked at Avery customer's ratings on their website, they were very high and I was a little surprised that all the reviews were raving about the service and the products. I submitted my negative review and that's what I received today by e-mail: "Your Avery Review has been Rejected. Your recent review of Avery Design & Print Online didn't get posted online because it didn't meet one of our established guidelines". Now we know why the rating are so high!!!
